Not operated: no surgical or endoscopic intervention.
Operated: all procedures with or without curative intent carried out under General Anaesthetic (GA), excludes endoscopic polypectomy and colonic stenting.
Definitive polypectomy: managed by endoscopic/surgical polypectomy, but no further surgical procedure performed.
