A 60-year-old woman had undergone liver transplantation because of end-stage primary biliary cholangitis. Post-transplantation, she developed haemobilia due to a pseudoaneurysm of the hepatic artery treated by coil embolisation (3 coil Helix ev3, 12–30, 10–30 and 4–8) (figure 1).
